Using VoraDoc
By using VoraDoc, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure.
The service
VoraDoc provides templates and editing tools for creating resumes and cover letters, optional account-based document storage, template ratings, and browser-based PDF preview and export. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be subject to reasonable usage and storage limits needed to operate and protect the service.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the information and documents you enter into VoraDoc. You give VoraDoc permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service. You must have the right to use any text, images, or other material you submit.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use VoraDoc for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to bypass authentication, usage limits, or security controls.
- Interfere with the service, probe it without authorization, or use automated traffic that creates unreasonable load.
- Use content that infringes another person's rights or exposes information you are not authorized to share.
Templates and exported documents
Templates and editor tools are provided to help you prepare application materials. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, formatting, links, and suitability of every final document. VoraDoc does not guarantee employment outcomes, acceptance by a particular applicant-tracking system, or compatibility with every browser, printer, or PDF reader.
Third-party services
Optional Google and GitHub sign-in and other infrastructure providers are governed by their own terms. VoraDoc is not responsible for third-party services, accounts, or interruptions outside its control.
Account restrictions and termination
VoraDoc may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may stop using VoraDoc and use the available account controls to delete your account.
Availability and responsibility
VoraDoc is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep it secure and reliable, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VoraDoc is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as VoraDoc develops. The effective date will be updated when revisions are published. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
